It is good to know good coffee.
How do you know good coffee? By tasting it. That is the best way, there is no apriori knowledge of taste. We want to know good coffee, so that means we have to drink it and along the way learn to discern what is good vs what is poor.
Our Story
I truly started to drink coffee 21 years ago. At that time I either liked or disliked a brew. Along the way I found the more coffee I drank, the more I realized this dichotomy was not able to express enough of my feelings towards this delightful beverage. Sometimes it made me happy, and sometimes it made me sad. I started to find out more about coffee, and the more I learn, the more I realize I have just touched the tip of the iceberg.
Meet the Team
Its me, Coffee and TVMM. We spend a lot of time together, mostly just doing what we do best. I like to talk, coffee likes to be enjoyed, and TVMM over there just like to work well.
